When we tend our creative life like a garden
-- cultivating it with attention -- wisdom grows in
the form of our own personal teachings.
- Pat Allen
Within each of us is a secret garden, a place
where our true self exists.
- Natalie Rogers

Are you a woman in transition looking for tools to support you in your journey?
Are you a therapist, coach, or transformative practitioner who gives deeply of yourself and is looking for ways to replenish your well?
Are you being pulled in many directions and seeking some coherence and grounding?
Are you in search of practices that honor and cultivate your inner voice as the source of wisdom and direction in your life?
Welcome! You have found the right place and I'm so glad you're here!
I'm Sara Pranikoff, and the focus of my work is on nurturing women’s generative, creative and transformative energies through expressive arts. My workshops take place in the warm and inviting atmosphere of Women Writing for (a) Change in Cincinnati, Ohio, and in other locations by arrangement.
Women often find that they have given away their energy.
In my workshops you will find the structured time and liminal space needed to gather your energetic threads back to yourself and reclaim your fullness. My restorative workshops provide you with a thoughtful balance of creative spaciousness and gently-offered inspiring frameworks which draw upon indigenous and Jungian models of wholeness. SoulCollage® in particular is a wonderful means of re-collecting your scattered energy; a gentle creative means of calling all parts of your self back home.
In this era of experts, we can lose contact with our own center as the source of wisdom and authentic direction in our lives.
Expressive healing arts processes such as Touch Drawing and SoulCollage® provide a simple, direct connection to your deeper self. Each creation is a tangible artifact of your soul's innate intelligence and inherent tendency toward wholeness. Learning to become a 'soul whisperer' through images helps you connect your inner wisdom to the outer world as you navigate your life's journey.
