My offerings are an expression of my deep appreciation for the importance of creating structured time in one’s life for the pause and conscious reflection necessary for returning to our centers so that what we do in our lives and in the world emanates from who we deeply are…

What Can I Expect from a Workshop?
Some of the guiding principles for our time together include:
The format for the Fall SoulCollage® Circle and Winter SoulCollage® Circle includes the elements of opening and closing circle, safely-held card-making time, facilitated experiences, and the small group process of listening as witnesses and scribing one another’s words. An E-book on the elements of SoulCollage® as well as inspiration and resources related to our focus are included. Each session will greet you with an abundance of high quality materials and tools.
The Spring Open Studio is a series of individual workshops inspired by the energies of the spring season, and the elements generally include opening and closing circle, a grounding meditation, card-making time, and small group process.
SoulCollage® and Self-Care for those in the Helping Professions is designed specifically for helping professionals as a means of replenishing your energy and connecting to your authentic self as you bring balance to your life and work. SoulCollage® is an excellent way to keep your heart and mind clear so that you may be more fully present and available to others. SoulCollage® also offers opportunities to process work-related stress, providing a safe symbolic container for expressing experiences that are beyond words.Elements include opening and closing circle, card-making time, small group process, and techniques for using completed cards as self-referencing tools that can help you navigate the balance between self-care and caring for others.
- What is shared in the circle stays in the circle, and in our hearts.
- We all share in holding a circle of safety, free from judgment, advising, or problem-solving.
- We safeguard ourselves and honor our personal boundaries with regard to sharing and receiving.
- By risking visibility we create resonance and find common experience.
- We each have different ways of creating and rhythms, we won’t be travelling at the same speed or arriving at the same place at the same time; we work in a way that honors this.
